for consideration CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 136(FIN) am with

An Act relating to state fiscal procedures, to the                            
state budget, to agency performance reports, and to                            
appropriation bills.                                                           
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved that the Senate concur in the House                       
amendment.
